How long does your shipping takes?

As a small business run by a tiny (but mighty!) team, we usually take 3–5 working days to process and ship your order. Each parcel is packed with love and care, so we truly appreciate your patience as we work to get your goodies to you as soon as possible.

How do we take care of your products

Most of our products are illustrated and uniquely made, so we highly recommend hand washing them gently with mild detergent and air-drying them.

This helps preserve the artwork and ensures your items stay beautiful for a long time.

Return Policy

We take great care in ensuring every product is in perfect condition before it reaches you.

However, if you’ve received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order at ops@quirkyqing.co with your order number and photos of the defect.

Once we’ve verified it, we’ll arrange for a return and replacement.

Please note: returns are only accepted for defective items — not for change of mind.
