Please note that the estimated shipping cost provided here does not include any duties and taxes. Duties and taxes, as determined by the recipient's respective country's tariff regulations, will be the responsibility of the recipient to cover. It's important to understand that the shipping rate outlined below is subject to change and is not final. The actual shipping fee may vary at any time based on the most recent rates provided by the courier company.

QuirkyQing offers free local shipping for Malaysian orders above RM150 - please refer to the table below for shipping fees based on regions in Malaysia.

International Tracked Mail

Tracked mail will be shipped using Poslaju Flexipack International. Please refer to the link below on which countries we are able to ship to:

Your signature will be required upon the arrival of the parcel at your doorstep. Tracking numbers will be provided once your parcel has been sent out.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its specified destination. We cannot control and are not liable for customs clearance and service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country’s customs officials, and those fees are not a basis for refunds. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import, and agrees that those fees will be your sole responsibility. For further information on customs duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs office or website.

FAQ ⚠️

What is the estimated time of delivery for international orders?

Expect 10 to 30 business days for tracked mail and 1 to 3 months for letter mail. To avoid any disappointment regarding timing, please order in advance. 

What if my package is late or lost?

If your order hasn’t yet arrived as expected, please contact the carrier and allow one additional business day past notification of delivery / your estimated shipping time frame. If your package still hasn’t arrived, feel free to reach out to us at work@quirkyqing.co - we don’t want to draw out the anticipation too long!

What if my item arrives damaged?

We cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during transport. However, to ensure that your goods arrive in the best condition possible, we’ll make sure to package your order as securely - and as cutely - as possible!

What do I do if I receive the wrong/defective product?

Please accept our sincere apologies if there was a mix-up on our end! Please email our QQ team directly at work@quirkyqing.co within one (1) week of reported delivery with a picture of proof as evidence, alongside your order ID.

We cannot entertain any requests to refund / exchange if you do not provide us with a picture of proof and your order ID alongside your inquiry, or if the time period post-reported delivery has exceeded one (1) week.

Can I change my order?

Yes! However, please be aware that this is only possible if your order hasn’t been shipped out yet - we can’t turn back the clock. Please inform us of any changes ASAP by reaching out to us at work@quirkyqing.co

Why are your products from the online shop priced differently than your on-ground events?
Our pricing structure varies for several reasons:

  2. Shopify Pricing Adjustments: We follow Shopify’s pricing guidelines, which can influence our product pricing. However, we strive to offer you the best deals and cutest goodies through QuirkyQing.
  3. Demographics and Geography: Our pricing may vary based on demographic factors and geographic locations to ensure accessibility for all our customers.
